In the event that you have less kiddos attend the field trip than what you have booked and paid for, you will be given a rain check/pass for each absent kiddo to use at a later date when you arrive.

A few things to note:

• We are a shoe free (for kiddos) facility. Socks MUST be worn. We do sell socks for $2 in the event that a kiddo needs a pair of socks. Absolutely NO BARE feet.


• We clean and sanitize numerous times throughout the day. We also provide a cleaning station in the event you need emergency supplies.


• We do all the cleanup but in the event that your class makes an excessive mess, we appreciate your (or kiddos) help in putting things back in the houses they belong.


• In the event that toys are broken during your visit, you may be responsible for replacing them. This is at the discretion of our on duty staff.


• Field Trips are 2 hours. If you need a space to let your kiddos have a meal, snack or drink, we are happy to provide that space for you during your field trip.


• Field trips are fully refundable up to 2 weeks prior to your visit. Otherwise you may use your credit for a future field trip and can reschedule when convenient.


• Absolutely NO food or drinks in the play area.


• You are fully responsible for the kiddos and parents in your group.


• If a kiddo is sick, please ask them to use their rain check and visit another time.


• All staff, parents and chaperones are free of charge during your field trip.


• If you have booked a field trip with 25 kiddos or more, the Playcenter becomes a private use event and the play area is no longer open to the public. The toy store does remain open at all times.
