Party packages include up to 26 guests (adults and kids over the age of 12 months), there is an additional $12 per person charge over the “26 guests” packages. For example, if you have 28 guests, there is a $24 charge to your package.
If you would like to reserve The Playhouse as a private event with unlimited guests, options start at $459.
All parties include table cloths, some balloons and all paper products (plates, napkins, plasticware).
Theme options listed above. If you request a special theme we do not currently offer, we may accommodate with an additional cost of $30 OR we will provide the basic decorations to match the theme and items that you choose to bring with you.
All reservations must be booked at least 7 days in advance and your $100 deposit is required to hold your deposit.
You may arrive 15 minutes early prior to party starting time. Every party is special here, including yours! Please be considerate as there may be a party booked before or after yours and our staff needs adequate time to clean up and decorate for each party. In the event that you do not vacate the party area within 15 minutes of the end of your party time, there will be an additional $50 charge per each 15 minutes over your party time.
10 minutes prior to the end of your party time, we will ask you to start packing food, gifts and any other items that you need to take with you. We will ask you to pay your party balance at this time as well.
Pony attendance for parties are subject to cancelation due weather or other significant circumstances such as a sick pony, injury, etc. This info is also communicated at the time of booking and prior to the party date.
