Terms and Conditions:
- Party balance must be made 7 days prior to your party date to the start of your party. You will receive an online invoice OR phone call from the party manager. Please pay your balance on time to avoid compromising your party or avoid any late fees.
- If you booked the Party Time Package, your package includes up to 25 people. There will be a $200 fee added if you have more than 25 people.
- If you booked the Celebrate Me Package, your package includes up to 45 people - Â Additional guests may be added at $20 per person. This includes kiddos over the age of 6 months and adults. The guest overage can be paid for at the end of your party based on the number of guests that actually attend.Â
- If you booked the My Jubilee Package, your package includes up to 50 people -  Additional guests may be added at $20 per person. This includes kiddos over the age of 6 months and adults. The guest overage can be paid for at the end of your party based on the number of guests that actually attend.
- A 3% credit card processing fee may be added to any party balance paid with a credit card or online payment. To avoid any additional fees, please pay in cash.
- We ask that you and your guests keep food and drinks in the party area (cupcakes, cake and drinks are absolutely NOT allowed in the play areas and must be consumed in the party area only).
- Smash cakes are allowed but we ask that you respect our house as we would respect yours and let us know in advance if you plan to do a smash cake.
- You may arrive 15 minutes early prior to your party starting time and must stay in your party area until actual start time. Every party is special here, including yours! Please be considerate as there may be a party booked before or after yours and our staff needs adequate time to clean up and decorate for each party.Â
- ** IMPORTANT** In the event that you do not vacate the party area within 15 minutes of the end of your party time, there will be an additional $75 charge per each 15 minutes over your party time. This is non-negotiable.
- Your party hosts will do an amazing job, GRATUITY is not charged to your bill but there is a minimum of 10% gratuity that must be paid in CASH to your host. .You may certainly tip more based on their helpfulness but PLEASE at least tip 10% (PLEASE NOTE, most party venues charge the tip as mandatory on your bill, we do not impose that but we expect you to respect the HONOR SYSTEM here).
- Please NO Confetti or Piñatas.
- No outside wall or room decorations or balloon arches or pillars allowed. Table decor is ok.
- No outside vendors (face painters, characters, etc) allowed.
- Any toys that are broken or ruined by your guests are your responsibility. This is at the discretion of our staff if one of our toys is ruined or damaged. If you or your guests make an excessive mess in the playroom - we may charge a $75 cleaning fee. It is standard practice that the playhouse staff will clean toys and sanitize everything. We ask that you use common sense in general pick up. (For example, if your kiddos/guests are dumping all toys all over the playhouse, we ask that they/you make an effort to put things back where they go) we are otherwise happy to clean up the party room and play area. We hold a high standard in cleaning and organizing effort for all of our guests.
- All paper products ARE included in your party (plates, napkins, cups, table clothes and plasticware).
- All guests must take shoes off and MUST wear socks. We do sell socks and shoe covers in the event that your guests need something.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund eligibility requires 30 day advance notice.
Party balance must be paid 7 days prior to your party date. This can be paid over the phone, with an online invoice, or in person. If the party balance is not paid, your party could be cancelled, and you will still be responsible for the payment of the event. THIS WOULD BE CONSIDERED THEFT OF SERVICES AND NECESSARY STEPS WILL BE TAKEN FOR COLLECTION.
Current party balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to your party date. This is non- negotiable and non-refundable. The only exception we can make is if your party needs to be rescheduled within 30 days. You will receive an invoice via email from us.In the event that you have changes or add-ons to your party the day of, those balances can be made prior to your party ending.We will touch base with you at least 24 hours in advance to go over goody bags (if needed) and any questions you might have.
