- Theme options listed above. If you request a special theme we do not currently offer, we may accommodate with an additional cost of $35 OR we will provide the basic decorations to match the theme and items that you choose to bring with you.
- All reservations must be booked at least 7 days in advance and your deposit is required to hold your reservation.
You may arrive 15 minutes early prior to party start time. Every party is special here, including yours! Please be considerate as there may be a party booked before or after yours and our staff needs adequate time to clean up and decorate for each party. In the event that you do not vacate the party area within 15 minutes of the end of your party time, there will be an additional $50 charge per each 15 minutes over your party time.
10 minutes prior to the end of your party time, we will ask you to start packing food, gifts and any other items that you need to take with you. We will ask you to pay any party balance at this time as well.
Party balance must be paid 7 days prior to your party date. This can be paid over the phone, with an online invoice, or in person. If the party balance is not paid, your party could be cancelled, and you will still be responsible for the payment of the event.
If there are any additional charges the day of your party (guest count package change/add-ons/damage costs), you will be responsible to make that payment before your party is over.
No event refunds within 7 days of cancellation. We can however offer to move your party to a later date within 30 days.
While we do all the clean-up for your party, we ask that you be respectful of our space. If excess mess is made in the party area or playroom and we have to do extensive cleaning, you may be charged a $100 cleaning fee. This is at the discretion of our staff.
You may use the party throne chair, but we ask that you do not allow your kiddoes to eat or drink on it. If the chair is damaged or ruined, you will be responsible for cleaning, repair or replacement.
No outside wall decorations or balloon arches allowed.
No outside vendors (face painters, characters, etc) allowed
